about the of the tomatoes i left out to ripen roasted. It didn't go bad or rot, it just got soft. i can't even pick it up and i know i should because by the morning there's going to be tomato soup all over my kitchen.

But it's actually warm and soft just like when you roast a tomato. Be right back.

five minutes later.......

i just moved the tomato and it was a little bit moldy. It was soft and moldy and starting to take the form of the surface it was taking over.
